1930s Sailor Pants - Red

Lovely fit and very flattering. The material has an amount of stretch, which makes them comfortable to wear. The leg lengths are also great, and they fit really well overall. Very pleased with them

Love these trousers but please, please can you bring them back in the wonderful airforce blue colour you used to do. The orange and red colours are too bright and the black is a bit drab.

My second pair of these - great fit, lovely style.

My absolute favourite pants are these sailor pants in rust from House of Foxy. The fit is perfect, and the look so elegant, it makes me feel like a million dollar baby

These pants are fabulous! They are true to size and just glamorous. I have worn them and received many compliments. Thinking about getting a second pair. I love 1930 and 1940 styles and was so happy to find the House of Foxy.

The fit and cut were perfect, and they made part of a wonderful 1930's outfit.

These trousers drape really well and are sooo comfortable. I took a 16 in the pleated shorts, and an 18 in these trousers (because of my hips) and they are a perfect fit.
The button-bib fastening at the front it such an authentic touch- so many sailor trousers have fake buttons. Another great product from Foxy!

Like a few previous reviews note, these sailor trousers fit quite snug. I do not have much of a waist, my waist is 33in (81cm) and hips 37 in (96 cm) and I have previously ordered swing trousers in size 12 and they fitted perfectly. These size 12 sailor trousers are certainly a bit more snug around the waist on me. Still, good excuse to stop eating Christmas cake! These are lovely trousers and drape well. I am going on a Queen Mary 2 cruise in March and these gorgeous trousers along with my HOF sailor blouse will fit the bill perfectly.

Such a beautiful shape trouser. Very pleased with the colour, though as stated in the description my monitor didn't do them justice - mine makes them look almost petrol blue - in reality the colour is far more subtle, think airforce blue and you won't go wrong. Perfect shade for summer.

Hurrah finally in this long awaited colour. I am between a 10 and a 12 and these are a teeny bit big but hang beautifully sailor-style and I think a 10 would have looked too tight like on the khaki version that the model wears. I am only 5’ 3” so always have to take trousers up but the fabric is a pleasure to sew. It took me 5 mins to unpick the logo tab off the front (I think it really ruins the vintage look) but this is a personal preference. The fabric is a lovely weight, did not shrink in the wash and I hope the other colours will be restocked soon.the colour is a lovely rust and matches much of the other rust items by HOF! More of this truly fold front style please!!

I bought two pairs in different colours. So flattering. Quite a soft and drapey fabric with no stiffness in it.

The sizing is on the small side. I normally wear a size 6-8 and the 8 is just right. I have a size 6 waist and size 8 hips and the waistband is a very close fit (which I like). If you're bigger in the waist maybe size up.

These wear like trackpants but are a bazillion times more dressed up, favourites in no time! The customer service was super helpful with sizing advice as well. My waist is 67cm (26.3 in) and my hip hovers around 95cm (37.4 in) and size 10 fits perfectly. Minor criticism: they'de be even better with pockets, might not be historically accurate though. Also be aware that they are quite susceptible to visible panty or suspender lines. If there's a bulkier seam on your derriere, it will be visible through the trousers.
They hopefully won't be my last pair of sailor pants.

A really lovely, soft fabric with a nice bit of stretch. I was worried that these would be too slack on me as my waist is about 25"; however I bought the size 8 and I am pleased with the fit. They are roomy, but they don't look baggy thanks to the fabric. I am 5 ft 9", these are a little short, but there is a large 2" hem so I am going to take them down an inch. Really impressed.

These pants are comfortable and extremely stylish, especially with a tied up shirt or crop top. Wish I could also attach a photo as well!

they are the only high waisted trousers that suit me and I have tried many! Please make some in grey or tweed!
